FINALLY!!! :)
uni life has started off well. made me friends :) other then the travelling (which makes me cry!) and the long lecture n tutorials (which i have been attentive throughout!)
I have been learning quite a number of interesting new things...

MULTI CULTURAL & ADOLESCENCE AND TEENS COUNSELLING
It should be because of the passion & interest I have. PRESENTATION went well.. actually better then I expected. Must credit my group mates 4 it. A burden is over :)) & that seems like a good start. Now I have to work on my ASSIGNMENT!

PLUS mid terms are coming in like 4weeks time. SO time to start back on mugging! :)

ALSO i shall start blogging again in proper English as I have really lost touch of both proper formal spoken & written ENGLISH.

MY PRESENTATION TOPIC
Ethnocentrism - viewing of one's cultural belief as superior to another!
NACIREMA culture - AMERICAN culture ; a whole article was written and publish just to study people's ethnocentric views on different culture. & yes, many fell for it (even me!) It also portrayed how fixated we are. If presented an article, most of us usually just read it blindly for knowledge but never bother cross-referencing, to check for its reliability ( but well... it was a good thing that many don't do it. If not the surprise element of my whole presentation would have been gone!) So much of hidden meanings in the article. & it was very interesting to read it again after knowing about it .
